Residency at the Entrepreneur, 200 units of affordable senior housing delivered in Hollywood. Nine stories built specifically for independent seniors, situated directly across from the Hollywood/Western B Line subway station. SCWCE provided electrical contracting services for the Entrepreneur project in Hollywood, California, supporting the development with reliable, high-quality electrical infrastructure and professional installation. Our scope included power distribution, lighting, electrical systems, and coordination with the project team to ensure the work was completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements.
